Todd L. Levitt has practiced criminal defense law for more than two decades and his show is dedicated to bringing the most pressing legal issues to the public in terms they can understand.

Hosted by Levitt and produced by Craig Russell, the show airs weekly on Sunday mornings from 8AM-9AM on 98.5 WUPS, ROCK 105/95.5 FM, across Central and Northern Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. The show has been called, “Fun, fast-paced, unpredictable and extremely entertaining.”

Ms. Pollicella has been a dedicated advocate to the promotion of a safe and regulated medical marihuana industry in Michigan since she began representing patients and caregivers in the community in 2009. In 2012, she penned an op-ed to her local paper about the practical consequences of a recently published appellate court decision, and the piece was noticed by the Culture editorial staff.
